Our Process
A clear, supported path
Referral and administrative review, a detailed consultation with experienced GPs across Australia, DVA report submission, and clear communication of the outcome to the veteran.
Referral & Review
Self-referral or advocate referral. Our admin team reviews each DVA request and prepares the file.
Consultation & Referral
Veteran books an appointment with one of our GPs across Australia. Specialist referrals are issued when needed.
Report Submission & Communication
The doctor submits the report to DVA and the veteran is notified of the outcome.

Where will my appointment be held?
In-person or via telehealth with GPs across Australia. If you choose telehealth, we’ll send you a secure link before your appointment.
Where are your clinics located?
We have clinics throughout Australia. Call us and we’ll direct you to your nearest location — telehealth is available everywhere.
Can I book if I haven’t filed a claim yet?
Yes — give us a call and we’ll talk through your situation. Our doctors are experienced specifically in DVA assessments.
Are there costs?
We understand that financial barriers can prevent veterans from accessing the healthcare they need, which is why we offer our services with no out-of-pocket expenses.
How long is an appointment?
Typically two to two-and-a-half hours — long enough for a thorough discussion of your medical conditions and service history.
What should I expect during the appointment?
Your GP will discuss your medical conditions, collect supporting information, and may refer you for tests or to a specialist where needed.
How do I get a copy of my report?
DVA holds your file. You can request access to your records through the DVA personal information access process.
