We collect information you provide directly to us — name, contact details, service number, medical history, and any documents you share for the purpose of assessing your DVA claim. We also collect information generated during your consultation with our doctors.

How we use it

Your information is used to deliver your medical assessment, prepare the report for the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, communicate with you about your appointment and care, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations under Australian privacy and medical-records law.

Who sees it

Only the clinicians and administrative staff necessary to deliver your assessment, the Department of Veterans’ Affairs as part of your claim, and any specialist or test provider to whom we refer you with your consent.
