These terms apply to your use of the Front Foot Health website and our medical assessment services. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Front Foot Health provides medical assessments to support veterans with their DVA claims. We are not a treating clinic; the focus of our consultations is assessment and documentation. Where ongoing care is needed, we’ll refer you to an appropriate provider.

Bookings and appointments

Appointments are arranged through our administrative team. If you cannot attend, please give us as much notice as possible so we can reallocate the slot.

Costs

Assessments funded by DVA do not incur out-of-pocket costs for eligible veterans. For other arrangements, costs will be confirmed in writing before your appointment.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Front Foot Health’s liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or refunding the fee paid.
